JKeart Enrollment – assists international students in seeking their choice education in Singapore schools and provides a one-stop service for school admissions, saving students the hassle of approaching schools individually.
Services A. Education Advisory • Offer international students education advice and planning • Source for suitable schools and ensure international students meet the age requirements for the levels they are seeking admission into B. School Admission and Course Enrollment • Assist students in enrolment into their choice school and courses in Singapore Types of Schools - Pre-schools - Mainstream public primary schools, secondary schools and junior colleges/ centralized institutes - Tertiary institutions (polytechnics, universities) - International schools - Private Arts Institutions - Private Schools C. Placement Test/ Principal Academy Certification Test Arrangement • Arrange for students to sit for Placement Tests conducted by individual schools or Admission Exercise for International Students (AEIS) centralized test conducted by Singapore Ministry of Education D. Student Pass/ Visa & Social Visit Pass Application • Arrange for students pass/ visa application at the Singapore Immigration and Checkpoints Authority (ICA) • Assist with social visit pass application for parents E. Sponsorship • Assist international students with arranging for local sponsorship. A local sponsor is required for the application of a Student’s Pass and applicant is required to submit the application through the local sponsor. Applicant’s nominated local sponsor must be a Singapore Citizen/ Singapore Permanent Resident above the age of 21 years old. F. Medical Test • Upon school acceptance, arrange for medical test (applicable only to applicants who are above 15 years old) G. Accommodation Arrangement • Source for good boarding facilities and accommodation (hostels, boarding schools, home stay with full guardianship) • Assist with purchase or rental of houses and apartments H. Travel Arrangement • Assist with travel bookings (booking of air tickets, temporary or hotel accommodation) • Arrange airport meet and greet services • Arrange transfer for school/ immigration procedures I. Preparatory Courses • Source for appropriate preparatory courses (e.g. language classes, enrichment courses, tuition) J.
