The point is to get to know potential prospects. I mean Get To KNow them! Their problems, their concerns, their lifestyle, their desires. This is the Only Way to get to know if what you have to offer is in any way able to help solve a problem and or make their life easier. Only then should a product or service be introduced in a way that tells the person in need how well it is working for the sales person. Too many ppl push gimmicks, products and services without having ever used them themselves. This is a big mistake number one. Worst is pushing wealth online from a program that captured their interests by promising glorified riches so they begin to market it, without having themselves, proven the system works by making the tens of thousands they are too promising to their potential victims. Victims is because many of those "programs" are not designed for people who sign up later on to get anywhere near rich as promised.
So yes, number one lesson to learn is Proper Social Networking Etiquette!
